Neo-Grec · Two-over-two sash

Neo-Grec townhouse façade with two-over-two sash — West 130th Street illustration

Project overview

Two-over-two sash and a restored double entry for a Neo-Grec row house.

The incised stone surrounds of this row house survive intact; the windows inside them did not. We drew the two-over-two configuration from the matching houses on either side.

New mahogany sash were built and installed, and the original double entry door was stripped, repaired and refinished. Both were filed together as a single application.
